Delete your account and data.
You can delete your PRSPCT AI account and everything attached to it at any time. Two ways to do it:
From inside the app
- 1Open PRSPCT AI and go to the Profile tab.
- 2Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- 3Confirm — your account and data are deleted immediately.
By email
Email info@prspct.ai from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your profile, uploaded documents (transcripts, résumés, test scores), essays, matches, and account identifiers. Academic data is purged within 30 days; encrypted backups age out within 90 days.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID — cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
